We provide an environment where all the children feel loved and secure.
The Sunshine Room has been designed to ensure that each child's needs can be met. The main area of the room is where the children are able to explore their surroundings both individually and with staff interaction.
There are adjoining rooms, including a nappy changing room and a sleeping room in which your child will have his/her named cot to help make the nursery a home from home.
Staff and parents to work together to ensure that the needs of each individual are met.
Staff complete a daily diary sheet for each child to take home detailing nappy changes, sleep times, eating and general information.
Each day is made up of activities that follow the children's interests, invoke curiosity and explore all senses.
The Sunshine Room has immediate access to their own outdoor space. We offer a variety of bikes, trikes and cars for the children to explore, along with sand pits, mud kitchens and water trays.
